最硬的一次上架。6/28 首次送審，被拒 4 次：年齡分級對不上、兒少隱私問卷、名字不能有「Kids」、功能被說太少、被說「跟瀏覽器沒兩樣」、YouTube／IG 嵌入要附第三方授權證明。改名、補原生功能、附文件，第 5 次送審終於在 2026-07-15 通過——App 名字也從 Bloomling: Kids Video & Learn 變成 Bloomling: Learn & Safe Web。給孩子的圍牆花園瀏覽器：只看爸媽挑的網址，無廣告、無追蹤、無資料外傳。
The hardest launch yet. First submitted 6/28, rejected 4 times: age-rating mismatch, the kids privacy questionnaire, "Kids" not allowed in the name, too little functionality, "no different from a web browser", and proof of rights for the YouTube/IG embeds. After a rename, added native features and attached documentation, the 5th submission cleared on 2026-07-15 — the name became Bloomling: Learn & Safe Web. A walled-garden browser for kids: only the URLs a parent picked, no ads, no tracking, no data leaving the device.
